Best of the Southern Rockies

8 Days of Elevated Sky

Rising unforgettably from the mesas of the southwest, do the rockies begin or end? Either way, the roar is thundering and offers visitors a unique experience.  Moving north along the Sangre de Cristo subrange we'll visit places where healing waters bubble from the earth and pueblos meet geologic wonders.  A day in Durango allows the opportunity to take the Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad, go on a fly fishing expedition or soar through the trees on a zipline adventure.  This tour offers a good mix of history, scenery, active excursions and culinary delights to offer a multifaceted experience.
